Inaros has innate lifesteal on finishers but that's about it (edit : valkyr has lifesteal with hysteria too) on rifles, only Hema has lifesteal if I remember correctly Don't forget the Hirudo. who tf runs magezerk, thats called lcm. Edit. Bosses are a unique enemy class outfitted with superior weapons, high health, rechargeable shields, special abilities, and other traits. Baza and Fulmin are great silent weapons. It's a rather simple issue to resolve. The only health I ever get back is 1/s no matter how many enemies I dessicate, and scarabs don't seem to help either.
